Transforming Primary Healthcare
“What more can I do?” Dr. Kiselka chose to pursue both Naturopathic (ND) and Chiropractic (DC) doctorate degrees as well as training in acupuncture so he could answer this question as a primary health care provider for the patients he serves and as a patient himself. As we know, there is a need in medicine for experts in drug alternatives for chronic health conditions which are largely lifestyle in origin, but the causative factors are rarely recognized and poorly prevented in the conventional medical model.

Chronic Stress? Digestive Issues? Joint Pain?
I have also completed training and certifications in Myofascial Release and Dermo-Neuro Modulation, which can allow the body to release past trauma and ease tension of nerve endings near a joint. These modalities can ease some chronic conditions that conventional massage or deep tissue does not address. Allowing the central nervous system to calm and having a different approach with these manual modalities, these therapies can enhance the body to heal more effectively with quality results.

With living in a pharmaceutically driven society, individuals are in desperate need for alternative treatments to drugs and surgery. Dr. Molda works to provide her patients with the care needed with a “first, do no harm” philosophy by getting to the root cause of the problem. She takes a Holistic approach and looks at both the individual and complex organ system’s connection to one another to determine the core cause of the problem and treat it. There are many factors that affect the quantity and quality of symptom manifestations felt by someone and Dr. Molda works with these other factors on an individual basis. Not all medical conditions or pain are the same and symptoms are different from person to person. Through her own struggles with autoimmune conditions and chronic illness, Dr. Molda knows how these conditions drastically affect your life and can become debilitating. Her thought is that medicine and health cannot be categorized as black and white but rather they exist on a grey spectrum.
In her free time, you will find her at the barn, horseback riding, traveling, speaking at events at her previous schools, and spending time with her dogs and family.

Laura Dominick
Colon Hydrotherapist
Introduction
Born and raised on the southwest side of Chicago, Laura has dedicated much of her life to helping others improve their health and well-being through compassion, education, and natural healing practices. Her personal experiences with chronic digestive issues and holistic healing inspired her path into colon hydrotherapy and wellness care.
Laura’s philosophy is deeply influenced by her long-standing practice of Nichiren Buddhism through Soka Gakkai International, which she began in 1972. This practice emphasizes compassion, respect for all life, and the belief that every person has the ability to create positive change and lasting value in their lives.
Professional Journey
Laura spent 32 years working alongside her father in the family printing business. During that time, personal health challenges and the loss of her father to stomach cancer led her to take a deeper interest in holistic health and nutrition.
After struggling with digestive concerns for many years, Laura began working with holistic healthcare practitioners who introduced her to nutrition-based healing and lifestyle changes. Through dietary modifications—including reducing inflammatory foods and eliminating gluten—she experienced significant improvements in her health.
As part of her healing journey, Laura was introduced to colon hydrotherapy and quickly experienced profound benefits in her digestive health and overall well-being. Inspired by the positive impact it had on her life, she decided to pursue professional training so she could help others experience similar results.
Training & Credentials
Laura became a certified colon hydrotherapist through International Association for Colon Hydrotherapy in March 2006 and has been supporting clients through colon hydrotherapy ever since.
Her credentials include:
• Advanced-Level Certified Colon Hydrotherapist
• Member of the National Board for Colon Hydrotherapy
• Certified through International Association for Colon Hydrotherapy
Philosophy of Care
Laura believes that healing begins by supporting the body naturally and addressing the root causes of imbalance. She is passionate about educating and empowering clients to make informed lifestyle choices that support digestive health, vitality, and long-term wellness.
Her approach is grounded in compassion, respect, and creating a supportive environment where clients feel comfortable, cared for, and encouraged throughout their wellness journey.

Licensed Massage Therapist
Introduction
I am a licensed massage therapist with more than 600 hours of professional massage education and a passion for helping people restore movement, reduce pain, and improve overall well-being through hands-on care. My journey into massage therapy began through my own experiences recovering from years of skateboarding-related injuries, which gave me a deep appreciation for the body’s remarkable ability to heal when given the right support and environment.
Through bodywork, movement, and natural approaches to health, I was able to regain function and stability and continue doing what I loved. Those experiences inspired me to pursue a career in whole health care and help others feel stronger, move better, and reconnect with their bodies.
I believe education is an important part of healing, and I enjoy helping clients better understand their bodies while empowering them with practical tools to support long-term health and recovery.
Specialty & Focus

• Myofascial release
In addition to hands-on treatment, I educate clients on proper body mechanics, stretching techniques, and home exercises to support recovery, mobility, and long-term function.
Personal Background
My own healing journey through bodywork and natural health approaches ultimately led me toward massage therapy and whole health care.
Outside of work, I have always had a strong connection to animals and grew up caring for birds, dogs, cats, ferrets, and even a chinchilla. Those experiences taught me responsibility, compassion, and patience from an early age.
I also began skateboarding at age 11, which taught me discipline, perseverance, and dedication—qualities that continue to shape both my personal life and professional approach today. I remain committed to lifelong learning and continually expanding my knowledge and skills to better support my clients.

Mercier Therapy
Mercier Therapy is a specialized form of pelvic-visceral manipulation developed by Dr. Jennifer Mercier. Dr. Rose was trained directly by Dr. Mercier, bringing a thoughtful and hands on approach to supporting pelvic health, menstrual wellness and fertility. It focuses on improving the mobility, circulation, and overall function of the reproductive organs.
How it works
This gentle, non-invasive therapy focuses on improving overall function of the reproductive organs. Factors such as scar tissue, inflammation, endometriosis, surgery, infection, childbirth, or chronic pelvic tension can limit this natural mobility. Using precise, external abdominal techniques, Mercier Therapy helps restore movement, improve circulation, support lymphatic drainage, and reduce pelvic congestion allowing the body to function more optimally.
Conditions Mercier Therapy may support
• Irregular menstrual cycles
• Painful periods (dysmenorrhea)
• Endometriosis and pelvic adhesions
• Pain with intercourse (dyspareunia)
• Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS)
• Scar tissue from pelvic surgery
• Post-surgical healing
• Fertility challenges
• Support during IVF or IUI cycles
• Recovery after miscarriage or childbirth
What to expect
Sessions are performed externally on the abdomen and pelvis and are both gentle and non-invasive. A typical treatment plan consists of six sessions, each lasting 45–60 minutes, completed over about six weeks.
Care is always individualized based on your symptoms, history, and goals. At Prosperian Integrative Clinic, Mercier Therapy is often combined with nutritional support, herbal medicine, and lifestyle guidance to create a more comprehensive and supportive plan.
When Mercier Therapy is not appropriate
• Pregnancy
• Active infection
• Active cancer
• Intrauterine device (IUD)
• Essure device
• During menstruation for those with endometriosis
Important notes
Mercier Therapy is a complementary approach and does not replace medical care. It is intended to work alongside your gynecologist, fertility specialist, or primary care provider.
If you’re experiencing pelvic pain, menstrual concerns, or looking to support your fertility, this may be a helpful addition to your care. If you’re unsure whether it’s right for you, a consultation allows us to review your history and create a plan that fits your needs.
