Supplement Purchases in office:

 If you have not already established care with a Prosperian Physician, you will need to sign a waiver before you can purchase supplements from Prosperian. Illinois requires supplement sales from a medical office to be medically supervised. Since your Brannick Clinic doctors are no supervising you, you must choose a new Prosperian doctor or sign the waiver and assume all risk individually. Email: info@prosperianclinic.com to request the waiver, sign and return via email.

 

“Walk-in” supplement purchase hours by location:

LaGrange:

  • Monday and Tuesday: 10 am – 6 pm
  • Friday and Saturday: 10 am – 3 pm


St. Charles:

  • Mondays: 5 - 6 pm
  • Thursdays 2 – 5 pm
