Supplement Purchases in office:

 If you have not already established care with a Prosperian Physician, you will need to sign a waiver before you can purchase supplements from Prosperian. Illinois requires supplement sales from a medical office to be medically supervised. Since your Brannick Clinic doctors are no longer supervising you, you must choose a new Prosperian doctor or sign the waiver and assume all risk individually. Email: info@prosperianclinic.com to request the waiver, sign and return via email.

 

“Walk-in” supplement purchase hours by location:

LaGrange:

  -Pre-order only: email order requests to info@prosperianclinic.com to pre-pay and       pick up with 24 hours. Weekend requests will be processed on Mondays.


St. Charles:

  • Thursdays 2 – 5 pm, no pre-order is required. Walk-in to purchase.
